Any and all information and test reports associated with a given water customer’s backflow assembly is the property of the backflow assembly owner.

RPZ Flow accepts valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through the platform Clover. All credit card information is encrypted and confidential, and is at no time directly accessible by either RPZ Flow or a given water system. RPZ Flow meets all PCI compliance standards.
Water customers will receive an annual notification that testing is due. This notification, whether via mail or email, will include contact information for the tester of record, if available.
When information is available, the tester of record will be notified via email 30 days before a test is due for any water customer whom the testing company has submitted a test report the previous year.
A PDF copy of each backflow assembly test report will be available automatically to the respective water system, the testing company, and the water customer immediately after payment is received. This copy will be the official test report on file with each water system. Testing companies agree to adhere to any regulations within a given water system such as leaving a copy of the test report at the location of the assembly.
Backflow assembly test reports can be submitted for annual backflow assembly certifications / tests and for replacement backflow assembly tests of existing backflow assemblies via the RPZ Flow system. A backflow assembly test for a backflow assembly not in the RPZ Flow system (i.e. a brand new backflow assembly or a heretofore undiscovered backflow assembly) will be automatically sent to the water purveyor for approval.
The methods and procedures used within RPZ Flow are the property of RPZ Flow, LLC. RPZ Flow will take aggressive legal action if you are found to be in violation of this term.
At any time, a water system utilizing RPZ Flow can request backflow assembly tester licenses, contractor licenses, current and valid test kit calibration certificates, and any other licenses or certifications required by the given water system.
Annual backflow assembly test reports must be submitted before the established annual due date specified in the RPZ Flow system unless there are necessary repairs, replacements, or special circumstances.
In order to submit a backflow assembly test report via RPZ Flow, testing companies are responsible for obtaining the Location ID Number (LID) from their respective customers, and will be unable to access any respective customer’s backflow assembly records without this LID. The LID is randomly generated, and is clearly listed on all test due notifications sent to the water customer.
Failure to comply with any of the regulations stipulated herein may result in your account being banned. This will prevent you from submitting backflow assembly tests via the RPZ Flow system, and thus being unable to perform valid backflow assembly testing in municipalities utilizing the RPZ Flow system.
